1. Return Eligibility
• Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 24hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photos).
• Non-Returnable: Opened consumables (e.g., THCA flower, edibles), clothing, or promotional items (store credit only).
2. Return Process
1. Email halegalcannabis@gmail.com with your order number and issue.
2. Get a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship to: High Achievers, [1200 airport rd hot springs, ar 71913], including RA details.
4. We’ll inspect and process approved returns within 7–10 business days.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
• Refunds: Issued to original payment method, minus a 5% restocking fee (unopened items only). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Damaged/defective items replaced if available; otherwise, store credit.
• Shipping Costs: You pay return shipping unless the item is damaged/defective (we provide a prepaid label).
4. Shipping Issues
• Lost/Stolen Packages: Not responsible after delivery confirmation. Use insured shipping (e.g., USPS Priority Mail) for orders over $50.
• Delays: Contact the carrier for delays over 15 days.
5. Legal Compliance
• Products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill (<0.3% Delta-9 THC) and are legal in Arkansas as of May 2, 2025 (Act 629 injunction). Must be 21+ to purchase. Not FDA-evaluated; consult a doctor before use.
